Return and Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT COCO CAPRI HAIR DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, IF YOU FEEL THE COLOUR DOES NOT SUIT OR IF YOU SELECT THE WRONG CAP SIZE. We inspect all of our products before shipping and have implemented strict quality control processes to minimize errors and ensure that you receive our best hair.  Wigs / Toppers are hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW them to be returned for the safety of all our clients.

If a customer is granted an exception to the refund policy due to an incorrect order.  We will only accept products within 14 days of order delivery and in their original condition. This means that the merchandise must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, lace uncut/not damaged/brushed/washed/picked/cut. All tags must be intact and packaging must remain the same as what was delivered to you.

Colour Disclaimer

Despite every effort to provide accurate images, we try to make each wigs as close as possible, but due to the lighting on electronics screens, colour may appear different online than in person.

Returns process for items approved by Head Office:

• Contact info@cococaprihair.com within 10 days from the day you receive your package to receive a returns address
• Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package as Merchandise Return 
• If you are unclear, email: info@cococaprihair.com for assistance!

There is NO refund provided for appointment deposits.
